Calibration cylinders

Materials and design

We design the wet parts of the calibration filters so that they have maximum chemical resilience and lifespan.

1. The tubes of the calibration cylinders are made of hard and chemically neutral borosilicate glass of high quality ensuring that they remain transparent under all circumstances.
2. The flanges of the calibration cylinders are made of materials resistant to the chemicals they come into contact with. Most often it is stainless steel AISI 316L (1.4571) or PVDF.
3. The scale is engraved and painted directly onto the surface of the tube for comfortable and fast reading of values. As standard the cylinders have a volume scale in ml, but other scales are available upon request.

We offer calibration cylinders in two design variants. For pressure-free applications or for use under pressure conditions where the cylinders resist even high pressures up to 10 bar. We supply cylinders with a protective cover made of stainless steel for protection during transport, maintenance and operation.

Certificates

Each calibration cylinder that we supply is tested to ensure that it does not leak and for accuracy. . After a successful test, we give each cylinder its own certificate showing that it has passed the test. We supply a material certificate according to EN10204 for all wet steel parts.
